🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available Thursdays and Fridays between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

You’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email once your order is prepared. Please wait for this email before arriving.

If you need to coordinate a different pickup time or have questions, contact details will be provided in your confirmation email.


🚚 Shipping Method

We ship most orders via USPS. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

📦 Pre-Orders

Some items may be listed as pre-order, meaning they are not yet in stock but can be purchased in advance to reserve your item. Estimated ship dates will be clearly stated in the product description.

Please note:

  • Your card will be charged at the time of purchase to hold your pre-order.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be held and shipped together unless otherwise noted.

  • Pre-order shipping timelines are estimates and may be subject to slight delays. We’ll keep you updated via email if anything changes.

💵 Shipping Rates

Flat-rate shipping: $7.65 on all U.S. orders

Free shipping: Orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts) ship free!

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $75 or more.

Express shipping available: Select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.

Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days after  processing time.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.


📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.


🧾 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. If you don’t receive tracking info, contact us at shop@thecorporateshop.store


⚠️ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shop@thecorporateshop.store with your order number and a photo of the item.
